I am telling you, this is the worst I've seen. They have done a horrible job 4 times now. I went in today by myself and I came out with a "v cut" that was one sided. Very disappointed! Wish I could show a picture. The place itself is great but need better stylists!
I went in to get my hair colored and I showed the hairstylist two pictures. One that showed how I wanted it colored and the other which color I wanted it, so she told me how much it would be which was $250, which was understanding since I was dying a lot of hair. But, while she was bleaching my hair I still had the chance to change the color so I did. I showed her a picture of the hair color but told her I still wanted the same way as I wanted it to be dyed just different colors. When she was done rinsing my hair I noticed that she did NOT do excaly how I wanted it! I even showed her a picture! I did not complain since it was closing time and I was so mad I couldn't say anything. The worst part is that I still had to pay the $250 and made me waste my time sitting in that chair for 3hrs ! And at the end she didn't do it right and colored less hair than I wanted! But, had good customer service.
I had my first haircut here today by Hannah. She knew exactly what I wanted done to my hair and was polite. I'm definitely going back!
Had Kylie give my long hair an over haul! She made sure I was comfortable, did an excellent scalp massage during the shampoo, was able to get me in and out in 30 minutes with a wash, cut, and blowdry/styling and for only $30. Very friendly staff, clean well kept salon, great location and really reasonable prices for the quality of work they do. Will definitely go back!
Horrible! DO NOT go there for anything. They butchered my daughters hair and were extremely rude when confronted about it. The front desk girl (purple hair and nose ring) blew me off saying it's no big deal. I could have cut it better with a weed eater. Zero stars is a more appropriate rating!
