Worse customer service ever! Made a special trip to the store to order an online item without having to pay shipping. Their Kiosk are HORRIBLE! For every letter or number, it takes 3-4 tries to get the machine to accept it. That is a lot of button pushing. Finally after all of the fighting with the machine to take my information, it would not recognize my gift cards. I ask for help from the girl at a nearby register. She came to help but then returned to her register to check someone out. She called for help over the loud speaker but help NEVER showed up! VERY, VERY frustrating experience. Came home and ordered the same product from JC Penneys!
The only place I shop for clothes. Their rewards program plus credit card make it cheap and easy to clothe the whole family.
I thought they had decent prices and cute stuff so I've come back a few times, but today I had an issue with a coupon and the very friendly cashier called someone over to help. The person that was called over was an older lady who appeared experienced and knowledgeable, but she was unnecessarily aggressive and horribly mean. There is a way to explain to a customer that they were given incorrect information about a coupon and that was not it. I was shaking and scared and horribly upset by the time I left. I want to go back, but with people like that working there it's really hard to. It's unfortunate when a good company puts out nice merchandise and good deals, but then the people they hire to represent them do a terrible job.
Went into Kohls late last night to get my new wedding ring that was on a great deal. We had the pleasure to have Dianne helping us out & she was fantastic! Even saved us another 20% off of the 65% we were already saving! Couldn't be more pleased with the ring, as well as the service!
Great place for clothes shopping, especially for kids. Their employees have been very helpful but at times they have staffing issues. Kohl's is renowned for their outrageous price tags but fixed with discounts and such to bring the price down to what clothes should be while thinking you saved hundreds of dollars but it's still a decent place to shop that is close by.
