These guys do not pay there subcontractors. So if your hiring these guys.. make sure and get Lien releases. So you don't have to pay twice. These guys are dirtbag so I wouldn't hire them....
Why don't you pay your sub contractors? Iv'e heard several complaints that you stall for months and make excuses for not paying in a timely manor. This practice needs to stop! How can you justify not paying your bills on time?
Corstone has been great! We are always paid within a reasonable time. I feel it is fair to hold retainage to hold subcontractors accountable. There has to be more to the story than these fly by night reviews.
