A little disappointed. Called multiple times to make an appointment with no returned call. Finally (days later) I receive a call and the gal was not helpful at all. She was short with me and seemed annoyed we couldn't find a time which worked for both me and the stylist I wanted to see.
I love my cut by Ashlee! I'm impressed how she was able to use the pictures of the style I wanted and made it work with my hair. I also enjoyed the salon's simple and trendy style and overall experience.
The Vault is a great hair salon, with expert hair services. I always feel fabulous after my appointment and my hair looks amazing! The professional team is very welcoming from the time you enter the salon. It's beautiful inside, with a great selection of hair style products to choose from to create the look you want to duplicate after leaving the salon! Plus you can relax with a glass of wine! I highly recommend making an appointment, it will surpass your expectations, you will look and feel great with an amazing hairstyle!
The Vault had reached beyond expectations for salons. Every time I go in there , I feel pampered and come out feeling beautiful. They do amazing work by striving for not only for what their clients want, but by using their creative talent to meet their greatest desires. This is too feel and look beautiful . I love the Vault and am thankful I discovered a salon that achieves excellence !
This is no reflection on the stylists as they are good. It just seemed extremely unprofessional & I decided to cancel my appointment and go elsewhere.
Raylyn gave me an amazing cut and balayage. Great service from her. She is so sweet! I will be back!
