Business was very slow on the Tuesday afternoon (well, it's now noon) we ate here, so maybe that's why everything was fresh and friendly. Though, Jack in the box is always supposed to be fresh, made to order, so maybe that's not a good reason. Anyway. Other than a bit of trash on the floor and bagging our eat-in order, I thought the experience was quite good.... And a coupon always helps. We had the all American burger and the havarti grilled onion burger, both ribeye, courtesy of the 2 for $6 coupon. Great deal and tasty! No complaints!
Oh, and lots of security cameras in the dining area. Paper towels in the restroom. Air hand dryers are a great idea, but have you ever looked at the wall under them? Gross. No one thinks to clean there. Plus paper towels give you something to open the door with.
I went here with my wife not expecting much after my last experience at Jack in the box. We were helped by a towel head named "Raj", this Dot Knot made sexist comments about my wife and on top of that is extremely lazy and seemed like he doesnt know how to do his job. His shirt is one that the people who know something wear, but i dont think he knows how to do much else other than cleaning toilets and pushing a broom, probably because its what his whole family does at the gas station they work at. There are ants everywhere by the trash can in the lobby, i actually saw one ant go find a fry, leave and bring back more ant buddys to carry it back the their den. Maybe thats normal in India because "Raj" didnt seem to care or try to clean the establishment, in fact he didnt do much of anything other than play on his phone. I will not be going back here. Health code violations are abundant.
The prices are too high at Jack in the Box restaurants!! I do like some of their food items, but your wallet clearly feels violated after going here for a quick bite. I think the 2/$1 tacos may very well be the only reasonablely priced item and even those are mediocre at best!!
Great Buttery Jack WITHOUT the goofy tomatoes sauce! Manager in Snohomish on Avenue D is AWESOMELY nice, friendly and professional!!! I love the Coke machine and tried the Jumping Jack Splash, which was great and refreshing for summertime. Thank you!!!
I just got a grande burrito there and it was soaked in Grease the most disgusting thing I've ever ate couldn't even finish it had to throw it away
