I didnt get that call for 4ish days. I called in to try to make an appointment for a time before 3pm this time. and heres the 1st flag. I was told they got me an appointment for late evening. But they didnt even inform me. I told so, and said its fine, ill see him then.
Turns out, he tells me he has been trying to call me all of last week, but they had wrong phone number on file. HOWEVER, they had my email on file (as seen by the 1:50pm email) but they decide to not use it, until the DAY OF the 3rd appointment (1st being my first call in, 2nd being the uninformed appointment set date, 3rd being the reschedule)
These guys are great, I highly recommend them for roofing your home. Clean, neat and quality professionals.
We had a great experience with Elite! Fair, competitive pricing, quality work, great customer service and they were done so fast. I would definitely recommend them.
Avoid this company. I called trying to make an appointment for an evening appointment. they only do up to 3pm. But I was told they will try asking the field person to see if he can do a late appointment, and I was told they will call me back once they confirm. I told them sure, ill be waiting for your call.
I clear my schedule so i can make that 2pm. come the day, I am waiting. 10 min later, no show still, so I decide to call and ask what is going on. now heres the funniest part. I had an email at ~~1:50 of that day, saying he came by to check out my roof last week, w/o even letting us know.
Called for an estimate, was told someone would call me to schedule. They came by when I was not home with no heads up and left an estimate with no actual figures. I emailed because they had my email address incorrect to let them know how they could reach me. Joe was unable to even give a vague figure for cost on the project. All around, not a good experience.
tl;dr avoid this company.
Come the appointment time, I wait for 20min past appointment time. I call in to receptionist to ask what happened, only to be told the field agent had an emergency appointment come up and had to go there. 2nd flag, i wait for 20+ min without them telling me anything. So I reschedule for next week at 2pm.
